What purchase options do you offer?
You can buy JustSlumber as a one-time purchase or set up a subscription.
We offer three sizes:
1-month (30 strips)
3-month (90 strips)
6-month (180 strips)
Subscribers save up to 35% and get free shipping—plus you can pause or cancel anytime.
How much does it cost per night?
With a subscription, it works out to less than $1 per night.
The 6-month option brings it down to just $0.43/night—about the cost of a decent night's sleep in peace of mind.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We're a US-based company, and all orders ship from our fulfillment center in Richmond, VA.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping options are available, depending on location.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not currently ship outside of the US.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause or cancel anytime—no hoops to jump through, no guilt trips. We want you here because it's working for you, not because you forgot to cancel.
What are the benefits of subscribing?

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If JustSlumber isn't the right fit, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@justslumber.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. We'll guide you through the process—please don't send anything back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. (Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.)
Are there any exceptions?
We can't accept refunds on sale items or gift cards. And if more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it hasn't appeared, reach out to us at support@justslumber.com.
