How To Apply?

1. Prepare:
Wash and dry your lips and the area around your mouth to ensure a strong hold. Then gently close your lips together without tensing them.

2. Peel:
Peel off and remove tape backing to expose the adhesive, holding the tape ends for control.

3. Apply:
Center the strip over your lips and press firmly for a secure fit; apply pressure for 3–5 sec. (If adhesive is too strong, gently pat it on the backing to reduce stickiness.)

4. Sleep:
Breathe through your nose as you sleep. Wake up well rested. Repeat every night for best results.

(Hint: pull tape from both sides to rip center crease and easily expose adhesive)
